The Pink Team

All of the girls in Room 1 today received a pink long sleeve tee-shirt.

They were so happy and thankful they had to wear them straight away.

Robotics with Nane

Today Nane gave us a challenge. We had to build a tower with iceblock sticks and bluetac. The challenge was we could only use one hand! 

We had to work together to make the sticks stick and pull the bluetac apart.

Today in Room 1 we have been playing Interland.

New Zealand Sign Language Week

 In Room 1 today we have been finding out how to sign our names.

Robotics with Nane

Today in Room 1 Nane bought in some Edison Robots. We have been learning how to programme them to do different things. It was fun clapping to make it move and watching it follow a line. Here are some pictures of us working together.

Scratch with Nane

Today in Room 1 Nane came to show us how to use Scratch.
We were making our sprite move and talk. Tafa showed us how to change the colour of the sprite.

Something I enjoyed about this learning was Rewriting it cause it fun and I enjoyed it alot. Something I found tricky about this learning was Words to put in and where to put full stops.
